About Anne - Certified Reflexologist in Edmonds, WA

I am a Northwest native; born in Wenatchee, graduated from Mount Vernon High and received a Business Degree from WWU, go Vikings! I worked in the travel industry for many years; cruise line, airline and car rental company. I spent a year working in both Los Angeles and San Francisco for an  airline and enjoyed the experience greatly. Having lived in Edmonds for over 20 years, I consider Edmonds to be my hometown. Although several years ago, the sunshine of  the Palm Springs area enticed my husband and I to purchase a second home which we love calling home too.

Since 1994, my husband and I have been happily married and we have two sons. It was while I was a stay-at-home mom that I became intrigued with reflexology. A friend introduced me to the idea of working on the feet to benefit the entire body and I remember thinking it was an "interesting" concept!

The first reflexology classes I took were more for personal interest, but as I gained knowledge of the incredible benefits reflexology offered, I decided to earn the Mastery Certificate from Seattle Reflexology and Massage Center and received it in 2003. Wanting to obtain the highest professional standing, I continued my training and received a Board Certification from the American Reflexology Certification Board in 2004. As of August 2017, there are approximately a hundred ARCB reflexologists in Washington state.

I continue my reflexology education through Continuing Education classes and seminars and I am a professional member of both Washington Reflexology Association and ARCB.

My interests include golfing, skiing, gardening, early morning walks and reading. One of my favorite things in life is sitting at my kitchen island, glass of wine in hand and chatting with my husband while he cooks dinner. I just love that!
